The first of many local Anime related events for the year 2009, Ngee Ann Polytechnic’s Japanese Tsubasa Club is holding the Start of Year Again! 09 Cosplay Event (SOYA ‘09), this being the second iteration of the Start of Year cosplay event first held by the club in 2008. The event will be held on their campus on the 31st of Jan 2009, Saturday 11am – 6pm.
Like most Cosplay events, there will be booths and competitions (cosplay and Karaoke) at SOYA’09, in addition to the cosplayers strutting off their stuff. So most anime fans will be able to find something interesting to see or do at the event. Do go down to take a look!
